Also very important thing is battery. Kindle’s battery lasts for about 4 weeks, original Nook’s – 2 weeks, Nook Touch’s – 8 weeks. As we see, many things depend on device you choose. “LendMe” is a technology, that device from Amazon does not have. It enables Nook readers to lend a selection of e-books to friends’ free-of-charge for up to 14 days at a time. One more disadvantage with Kindle- there are chances that you will not be able to read all the books, you really want to read, while on Nook you can read PDF and ePub-formatted files, and hold digital photos, which you can use as custom screensavers. All in all, personally for me, Nook is better, but as I mentioned earlier – every person is different, so choices also differ. It is your life, it is up to you which one you will choose – Nook or Kindle?

As for me, the leader in definitely the Nook. It is much quicker, has bigger storage capacity as well as the battery life (Nook has it longer). I’m happy with my decision and advise you to try it!

Certainly Nook. Not only the design is prettier, but also it has a touch screen at the bottom for easier navigation than the Kindle. Moreover, while Kindle holds only 1,500, Nook can much more. As Nook and Kindle are both eReaders, I think, that feature is especially important.

The decision should depend on what you’re interested in. If you are going to use your eReader in long- run reading, the Kindle is better because of the screen. However, Nook has more to offer if you’re interested in things like picture books and magazines (because of the colourful screen). I can’t imagine newspaper or my favourite magazine colorless (benefit to Nook) in addition, with Nook, you will not miss the greatest pleasure – to flip the page. My decision was Nook.

I also think that Nook product is a perfect solution for those, who are most interested in apps, games and browsing the web. Reading for a long time text is as tolerable as it is with a computer monitor, and the Kindle’s and Nook Touch’s capabilities in the non-reading areas pale in comparison. Furthermore, Kindle is better outdoors and Nook is better in the dark. Moreover, we shouldn’t omit the fact, that Nook now can be colourful, so that you will not miss the chance to see the multi-coloured picture in your beloved magazine.
